Personality[]
Chong-Ling"Chong" is an ambitious ,brave and kind person. He is strong but he prefers first.
History[]
Chong was born for a firenation family. his father"yong" left the army after thinking about the damage and the damage, his nation caused to the other nations. His family used to live a humble life, but few years later their situation, started getting better. His father taught him everything he know about fighting and firebending.
When he grew up , he decided to travel to republic city, to find work and new life. He found an apartment in republic city.

Firebending: []
- Fire pro-bending: It's a new firebending technique. it's similar to boxing. It needs fast attacks and flexible body.
Initial Powers[]
- Fire stream
The use is able to create fiery jets from their punches and kicks which spill forward in the direction of the attack.
- Fireballs
The user is able to shoot small blasts of fire in rapid succession toward something.
- Fire Blocking
The user is able to, if timed correctly, break away or deflect other fire attacks.
Basic Powers[]
- Fire arcs
The user's punches and kicks will create small arcs of fire from them as they strike.
- Fire Daggers
The user is able to create small jets of flames in their hands that can be used as melee weapons.
- Jet Propulsion
The user is able to create intense bursts of flames from their hands and feet which can be used to propel them.
Advanced Powers[]
- Fire Blades
The user is able to create thin blades of fire from their melee attacks which are capable of cutting objects as well as burn them. While preforming this technique, the user cannot use any other form of firebending techniques.
- Shield of Fire
The user is able to create a small wall of flames which can block attacks as well as burn objects. Some sharp or dense objects cannot be blocked by these flames.
- Lightning Redirection
The user is able to absorb and redirect lightning even if they cannot create it themselves.
- Enhanced Fire
The user's flames become enhanced and burn much hotter than normal.
- Fire Charging
The user is able to charge up any of their flames which causes them to burn stronger and more intensely for a short time as well as having considerable more force behind them.
Master Powers[]
- Lightningbending
The user is able to focus their fire so effectively that it can become lightning. The lightning is far quicker and more unstable than fire and cannot be blocked or redirected by any means other than the Lightning Redirection technique. Creating lightning take a huge toll on the user and if used more than three times without a large break it will backfire on the user.

uhm putting all that stuff about his future powers isn't needed. just the basic ones. his personality and history are far too short. i'm also concerned about his character alignment. personalities should be at least 4-5 sentences, histories should be at least 3-4 paragraphs. the history should explain his childhood more in depth and why he came to republic city. you say he's neutral? a True Neutral character possibility wouldn't be considered "kind". a guide to character alignments can be seen here.
