After the massacre of a city in the the Earth Republic, Sachiko and Sanae walked across the nations with a sense of revenge. They were tired of the Syndicate’s violence and tyranny. They wanted to take back what was rightfully theirs. The feelings only grew the further they walked. Along the journey they met other surviving victims of the Syndicate’s wrath. The number only grew the further they went. They all had the same idea in mind, and together they retaliated against the forces of the cursed faction at towns, cities, everywhere the Syndicate had tainted with their touch. Lives were lost, but they died heroically, knowing they played their part in the revolution.
The group became the Kyuuseishu, under the lead of the first two, Sachiko and Sanae Narai. Over the course of two years, they have successfully slain, attacked towns under the Syndicate, captured the faction’s allies and tortured them; the acts were conducted by Sachiko herself and often broadcasted live as a warning to the target faction. They stationed themselves at different places around the world, sounding their cause and calling out to the people for their assistance, recruiting more and more warriors everywhere they went. They reached Republic City to the same as they have done since the couple years prior. They promised to save them from the bloodstained hands of the Syndicate. The Kyuuseishu will provide as their symbol of hope to rid the Syndicate once and for all. But after their late demise not too long the creation of the Kyuuseishu, a new leader has stepped it to take that seat by the name of Kakuzu.
But unlike the deceased sisters, he has a more lethal way of getting even with the Syndicate. Tossing aside the twins idea of the Kyuuseishu being a "symbol of hope," the group will be led
to destroy the Syndicate in the most destructive ways possible, regardless of any civilian casualties.
