Well, sort of? I mean, theoretically a policy vote should contain the language to be used in the actual policy if it is implemented, that way everyone knows what they're getting, and the writer can't go and change things up to his or her benefit. So, really, you should be able to do it just as well as I can. Once Az's voting vote goes through, I think I'll put up another basically specifying that policy votes need to contain the actual specific language to be inserted into official policy. If that goes through, I'll have no trouble writing it up.
I could, but since I can only assume that his actual age isn't 45, I won't. I can undertstand the want for a complex character, but the categories added to character pages are completely OOC and therefore will not affect your character's complexity in the slightest.
Wow, it's really really interesting that you found that template actually. It must be the original that I created when I first made Mae back in 2013 (The page history certainly suggests so), and would explain why I had to use "Mae Bubble" for her current template instead of just "Mae". Would it be possible for me to simply switch over to using this one, since it has an easier name and everything? If you want to limit it to just one for simplicity's sake, then I'll continue using the new one, since I'd imagine that deleting it would mess with all of my recorded RPs.
As for Li's age, let's consider him OOC to be 45. I never settled on a specific age previously, for the reason I already mentioned, but if I have to settle on one it can be that. I assume it's alright if his page (not including the category) simply continues to display 40-50?
You can very easily switch to using the old word bubble, but once I delete "Mae Bubble" template all the comments you made with that template would be corrupted. I think (I could be very wrong) that if I delete the old "Mae" bubble, you would then be able to rename "Mae Bubble" to "Mae", and the comments wouldn't be corrupted, but I'd chack that idea with Az.
Yep, concerning Li's age I can categorise him as 45 and you can continue to display his age as 40-50 on the page, and also on his word bubble once you've made it.
I will do what I can to work on the character, but as the term is coming to a close my time is more limited than ever. I'm thinking that I might create a general framework for the character that you guys can then flesh out and write up properly. Feel free to make any changes to the other councilor I made since I'm not entirely happy with him as well, largely because I had to reconcile some new information with my original ideas about him toward the end of his creation process.
