Arena Info

As the name would imply, the Pillar Arena is decorated with an array of large metal pillars. Probenders may use them as hiding spots during matches to launch cunning sneak attacks or evade powerful onslaughts from foes. Many large bowls of water and slots for earth disks are installed into several of the pillars. The pillars have small flat platforms that contestants might be able to reach and perch themselves for great attacking positions or be able to evade a less mobile bender.

Sesi: Sesi entered the arena with a calm, but determined expression. He sauntered through the series of pillars with caution, his eyes darting about as he searched for his opponent. After passing yet another steel pillar, he noted it carried a bowl of water. With a smirk, he called forth the liquid and shaped the water into two thick, pressurized whips. As he continued his hunt, a bead of sweat fell from his forehead, which he found mildly perturbing. He wasn't one to lose his cool, but this setting was unfamiliar and his opponent remained a mystery. Cool it, Sesi. We've faced greater challenges than this; it's only one person, after all. He continued to stroll in his basic getup of a tank-top and loose shorts that reached his knees, until he abruptly turned his head to face a girl, who he presumed to be his opposition. What a shame, he thought. Oh well, my only option is this: attack. Deciding to see what his opponent was capable of, he forfeited his right whip and sent a jet of water hurtling toward his target, examining carefully behind the shelter of a pillar.
