Ryos is a complicated person. At first glance, he can be mistaken for a deviant or someone up to no good. However, once you meet him in person, you can see that just quite isn't true. Ryos is the type of person who doesn't like drawing attention to himself. To him, being watched is quite unnerving and very uncomfortable, a reason why he avoids crowded places in the city. On his own or with people he knows, Ryos is the most level-headed person you'll meet. He has an answer for almost anything and can easily lighten the mood when it's filled with tension. With that being said, he's not really the best at controlling his temper when something angers or irritates him. If he has something on his mind, he won't hesitate to say it out loud. A habit that has gotten him into a number of "complications". Despite this, Ryos is someone you'd love to have as an ally and friend. He's loyal to the end and will fight for any of his comrades without hesitation.


Ryös wasn't always his name. He used to go by the name of Rei Kirigaya, son to a small couple in the Fire Nation. Like his parents, Rei was a firebender, though he hardly ever used it in his early years. However, when his parents were murdered in front of him by criminals, he found all the more reason to use it. Rei was later relocated to live with a relative he barely knew. An uncle, who was actually a retired firebending teacher. It took a while for both of them to grow accustomed to each other to start warming to each other. He even offered to teach Rei more about firebending, which he gladly accepted.

Present time, Rei is now young man, about the age of 19. He has become adept at firebending and practices almost every day. Even so, he felt empty inside. He believed there was more he could do. It was then he decided to go on a journey to find himself. A jourmey that will take him to the united capital of Republic City.

  • Fire Arcs

The user's punches and kicks will automatically create small arcs of fire from them as they strike that spills forward in the direction of the attack.

  • Fireball

The user is able to shoot small blasts of fire in rapid succession toward something.

  • Fire Whip

The user is able to create a belt of flames which they can use to strike and burn with.

  • Heat Control (Passive)

The user is able to increase the heat of the air, objects and liquids.

  • Fire Blocking (Passive)

The user is able to, if timed correctly, break away or deflect other fire attacks.

Basic Powers

(Note: Once a power is chosen, it cannot be changed.)

  • Jet Propulsion (Passive)

The user is able to create intense bursts of flames from their hands and feet which can be used to propel them through the air for a short time. (Achieved after 1 week)

  • Size Augmentation (Passive)

The user is able to disperse their flames and increase their size temporarily; however, the overall heat of the flame is weakened. (Achieved after 2 weeks)

Initial Powers
  • Fire Blades

The user is able to create thin blades of fire from their melee attacks which are capable of cutting objects as well as burn them. While performing this technique, the user cannot use any other form of firebending techniques.

  • Fire Bomb

The user sends forth a massive fireball which explodes into a torrent of flames upon contact. The user must take time to build up this attack and is vulnerable while doing so.

  • Enhanced Fire (Passive; Exclusive; Color Choice)

The user's flames become enhanced and burn much hotter than normal. The user is able to change the color of their flames as they wish (excluding black flames) and can simultaneously use two different colors.

  • Flame Missiles (Exclusive to Sun Warrior)

The user can launch a stream of fire which they can guide towards the target, allowing them to target more agile opponents. The user is immobile while using this power.
