Appearance

Has average height with a corded build. He has dusky grey unkempt hair and matching eyes. He has the pale skin typical to the Oshitsu family but little else. His eyesight while not terrible is poor and as such he requires glasses to see properly. His strangest feature by far is the little bits of metal implanted on his cheeks which tend to send a weird vibe to people. He often wears earphones as he loves music and is used to wearing a set. He tends to dress in casual clothes preferring turtlenecks.



Personality

Eager to redeem himself from his enslavement he has a blatant disregard for rules and regulations and is especially fed up with the privileged class. He is all for vigilante justice and is not above killing criminals if it needs to be done due to his familiarity with those types of deeds. He can be confident and slightly cocky but is very good at adapting to the situation, however he does tend to have poor social skills and those can come out time to time.



History

Saibo is the illegitimate son of the nobleman Kano Oshitsu and one of his many whores. Saibo never knew his mother as she died in childbirth due to the poor medical attention given to his father’s “entertainment”. The wife of Kano Oshitsu, Mitsu Oshitshu , learned of Saibo’s identity and decided to take out her frustrations over her and her husband’s relationship on the child, raising him to be the user of the Hitochi family’s illegal weapons division.

Saibo was put under extreme psychological conditioning at a young age in order to make sure that anyone who had access to their weaponry would never betray them. As such Saibo acted just as cold and ruthless as the weapons he tested and eventually began to use to further the noble’s dark motives. The weapons where advanced armors designed by the mad scientist, using many illegal technologies.

Eventually Saibo was going to be Kagaku Hitochi newest weapon, Kagaku was going to implant composite-metal in him in various places but the multi-step operation was cancelled after his cheeks where implanted, because Mitsu Hitochi had been killed by one of her own assassins. Afterwords Kano went into a rampage and started restricting his movements and Saibo started to get a new perspective on things. Eventually the police started cracking down on the Hitochi family and uncovered evidence of their weapon department and quickly began taking it down. Saibo then decided to strike out on his own. Now free of his brainwashing he is hateful of rules and regulations and especially the wealthy. He had himself a suit of armor with armblades created in an attempt to mimic his previous combat style. He hopes to someday be able to create armor like he once used.

The user has trained extensively with the use of classical weapons in order to make up for their deficit when it comes to taking on a bender.

The user has received extensive training in their agility in order to increase their raw physical speed. They would easily exceed any person who relied on their bending.

  • Weight Training (Passive)

The user has received extensive training with weights and other forms of exercise in order to increase their raw physical strength. They would easily exceed any person who relied on their bending.

  • Endurance Training (Passive)

The user has received extensive training in physical endurance in order to increase the amount of physical energy they have at any given time. They would easily exceed any person who relied on their bending.

Basic Abilities

  • Mechanized Joints (Passive)

The user has and is knowledgeable on how to use steam powered, mechanized joints which augments the users strength, jump height/length and forward speed. However, the use has a deficit place upon their over all agility and mobility, making it harder for them to dodge as well as turn quickly.  (Achieved after 1 week)

  • Chain Hook (Passive)

The user is knowledgeable in making and using chain hooks. They can be used for transportation as well as combat. (Achieved after 2 weeks)

Initial Abilities
  • Smithing and Engineering (Passive)

The user is knowledgeable in crafting weapons, armors and even basic machinery made of metal and even basic composite materials. Metal is more durable but heavy and cumbersome while composites are lighter but more vulnerable.

  • Melee Weapon Mastery (Passive)

The user has extensively trained with all forms of melee weaponry in order to become a master in the usage of them. As such, the user may use any form of melee weapon to its fullest potential. (This includes things such as: swords, axes, maces, etc)

  • Platinum Forging (Passive; Exclusive to Weapon Master)

The user is knowledgeable in forging anything made of platinum. Items are highly resilient and are unable to be metalbent. Not only this, but they are stronger and sharper than regular metals; making them able to cut through, withstand impacts better or break things a normal weapon could not. Platinum weighs just as much as regular metal would. NOTE: Under no circumstances should a character have a weapon, armor or devices made out of platinum without this power.

  • Collapsible Shield (Exclusive to Weapon Master)

The user has the knowledge to construct and use collapsible shields attached to the forearms. While normally retracted, the shields extend outwards to provide more protection against incoming attacks. These shields can be made out of a variety of materials to augment their weight and strength.


Advanced Abilities

  • Explosive Crafting (Passive)

The user is knowledgeable in the construction and usage of assorted types of explosives. These explosives can range from simple smoke grenades or even detonate-able satchel charges. NOTE: These weapons are illegal to use.  (Achieved after 2 months)

  • Concussion Cannon (Requires 2 open slots)

The user is knowledgeable in building and the use of steam powered concussive technology. These cannons can come in many forms from large and bulky cannons that give large bursts but are quite encumbering to smaller cannons that have lessened effects but are more maneuverable. The effects of the concussive blasts upon people are disorienting and, unfortunately, these effects do not know friend from foe and will even effect the user if used repeatedly in a short time. NOTE: These weapons are illegal to use. (Achieved after 7 months)



Weapons

  • Retractable Armblades (Platinum)

Two retractable platinum armblades that are attached to his armor when he wears it or are hidden up his sleeves when he is not.

  • Mechanized Chain Hook (Platinum)

A mechanized chain hook used for long range attacks involving manipulating opponents, mobility, and other such uses that can reel in and extend. He has two hidden on a mechanism on his back when he is not using his armor and they are incorporated in several places on his armor.

  • Mecha Joints (Platinum)

Mech joints that power up attacks and speed but makes it slower to change directions that are built into his armor.

  • Concussion Cannons (Platinum)

A small hand held concussion cannon Siabo has hidden on his person that can easily fit in one hand. Several of these are incorported in different spots on his armor including a large one that is hidden in the armor on his right arm that can be raised out and smaller one hidden on the end of his left arm. He also has small onea on his chest, palms, feet, and many other places to help with mobility. He has some rigged to explosives in order to launch them out of his armor.

  • Fragmentation Grenade (Composite)

A small hand grenade that explodes about 8 seconds after the pin is pulled.

  • Flashbang Grenade (Composite)

A small hand grenade that makes a lot of light and sound about 8 seconds after the pin is pulled.

  • Impact Fragmentation Grenades (Composite)

Grenades that when hitting anything with impact explodes after impact after being launched. These are kept in chambers in Saibo's posterior upper legs, mid back, and chest.

  • Impact Flashbang Grenades (Composite)

Grenades that makes a lot of light and sound after impact after being launched. These are kept in chambers in Saibo's posterior upper legs, mid back, and chest.

  • Impact Smoke Grenades (Composite)

Grenades that produce large amounts of smoke after being launched. These are kept in chambers in Saibo's posterior upper legs, mid back, and chest.

  • Neo-Plate Armor (Mostly Platinum with some Plexi-Glass and Composite)

Covers the entire body but is weaker at the joints where it is protected by platinum mail and composite and uses corrective lens reinforced plexi-glass for the front of the helmet the armor is insulated, protecting the user from a lot of heat as well as making the user impervious to electricity.
