Yes, his skills as a good manipulator and his pleasant/charming demeanor. Basically, he is the kind of person you would be comfortable talking to and he uses that to his advantage.
For the RP, perhaps we could have your character being at a bar or something, then Yura shows up and they start talking. Yura already knows that your character is the leader of RC and wants to join it, and he beguiles your character into telling him about the organization and allowing him to join it. Yura could also tell your character about his past a bit and let him know that he has experience in killing.
